I believe that we are all happy for the abundant winter rains, but also super ready for warmer and dryer weather; ready to get out and about, after a rich diet of Netflix and indoor ‘caterpillar’ activities, perhaps enjoying watching the rugby on TV?

Here at the Link Up office, we recently had a deeply nourishing and generative networking session, a first since 2020 our team has been dreaming up new ways to draw more attention to Natural Health and Wellbeing.
