CARROT JUICE WITH A DIFFERENCE

Ingredients:
A bunch of carrots
1 Avocado pear
Handful of pre soaked almonds
2 Tablespoons of pre soaked Chia seeds
1 tsp Lemon juice
Preparation:
Juice the carrots
Pre soak the Chia seeds in water for 20 minutes or longer
Pre soak the almonds (throw away the water)
Blend everything together & add a pinch of salt
Stunning refreshing drink…
If you’re still hankering after some of those Xmas flavours & tastes, just add a dash of nutmeg and cinnamon.
